Kyle Myers
My name is Kyle Myers, and I’ve spent nearly my entire life in Birdsboro, PA. After graduating from Daniel Boone High School, I pursued a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Health & Wellness from Kutztown University, finishing in 2018. Shortly after, I came back home and took on the role of Director at Birdsboro Fitness & Splash, helping grow the community’s health and wellness programs. When that facility closed, I made the decision to open my own training studio-one built around coaching, not just access to equipment. What started as a small venture has grown into a thriving gym with over 100 members. We now offer structured personal and small group training sessions for both adults and youth athletes, focusing on functional fitness, strength, and mobility. As someone who’s deeply rooted in the Birdsboro community, I’ve always believed in using fitness to empower others-to help people move better, feel stronger, and live more confidently. Whether it’s a parent trying to get in shape or a young athlete preparing for the next level, I’m committed to giving them the support and structure they need to succeed.
