Group X
Group X classes are high energy, and focused on working in a team atmosphere. Participants can expect 60 minutes of a well balanced class focusing on a different muscle group each day.
The FAST Program
This program is geared toward high school female athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level. This class works on speed, agility, endurance, core and strength training. The goal is to prepare athletes both physically and mentally for their sport as well as build a strong foundation of confidence and goal-setting/achievement mentality that can be applied in all aspects in life. *All sports welcome*
Elementary Sports Performance Training
This class is for ages 8-11 years old. We make movement fun inside this class while teaching.
Middle School Sports Performance
This class is for ages 11-14 years old. This class will focus on building the fundamentals for a strong athlete build. Athletes can expect to improve their strength, speed, & agility.
High School Sports Performance
This program is for ages 14-18 years old. Athletes will be training to improve their speed, strength, & explosiveness.
Yoga
We offer both Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga.
