The Female Athlete Strength Training Program
This program is geared toward high school female athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level. This class works on speed, agility, endurance, core and strength training. The goal is to prepare athletes both physically and mentally for their sport as well as build a strong foundation of confidence and goal-setting/achievement mentality that can be applied in all aspects in life.

A dedicated, certified trainer, and a team of like-minded girls looking to push themselves and each other to the next level.
